When CIO Shared and Ridge Consulting came to us with their problem, we were quick to analyze that they were in need of CRO and Integrated Marketing. Keeping all things in mind and after analyzing the problem, we decided the best to way to improve their sales was to target their leads after segmentation. As CIO Shared is a B2B company, focusing on e-mail marketing, we designed different email campaigns for different types of audience. Lead scoring for the nurturing process of email marketing was kept in mind. The audiences were segmented into different groups based on their interests. Then after that, an email was created to send to the leads followed by 17 different email campaigns. The leads were automatically set to move within different campaigns based on their interests.
The follow-up emails sent, after the initial email was opened, had content generated in response to how the recipient had responded to the first email. This is a form of personified marketing and it has a great effect on CRO. Next thing we did for them was Integrated Marketing mainly focusing on the re-marketing part, by utilizing their data of Google Ads.
