The Client

AugmentCare is an integrated health care portal that connects patients, doctors, and care facilities to provide the most comprehensive solution set for preventative, diagnostic, and care facilitation in Pakistan and the developing world.

The key focus is on the patient journey across the continuum of care and address challenges faced by all of the key stakeholders (patients, providers, caregivers & payers).

The Challenge 

AugmentCare was facing multiple issues in their ambitious goal of changing the ecosystem of healthcare for doctors and patients.

In today’s’ digital age it is an irrefutable fact that easy and intuitive user experience for any web-based business is elementary, which AugmentCare lacked. Moreover, they had no tracking system installed on their website which did not let
them identify any users. They needed help with both Business-to-business (B2B) and Business-to-consumer (B2C) lead generation, meaning both doctors and patients.

Additionally, their database was not properly structured. As a result of which they were facing poor market performance and had virtually no conversions. Knowing your target audience and knowing how to get their attention and convert them to
leads and ultimately customers are one of the most important skills of a successful business. However, a startup is doomed to fail if its unable to market wisely and strategically

Our Approach

The team at Mountainise identified a lack of Business Intelligence (BI) and data structuring as the key problems in an initial bird’s eye view. An in-depth analysis revealed that there was no way to gauge market performance due to the absence of any tool that could access and analyze data.

Absence of data did not allow to present any analytical findings and provide detailed intelligence about the state of affairs. The most important element in getting the right type of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is a properly built and structured database. Data Science can predict results more accurately and precisely eliminating the chance of human error completely.

If a web business is not tuned in to using the most contemporary technological solutions, then there is a problem. We proposed to create an effective (BI) strategy for them so the client would be able to make an informed decision on the basis of data. A review of the website was done to find nothing was structured properly. We started off with building and installing tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM). In data-driven marketing the general rule of the thumb is- if it can’t measure it, then you can’t manage it. GTM helps to get clean and credible data. Installing GTM made it easy to add and update website tags – including conversion tracking, site analytics, and remarketing.

Firebase was used to gather mobile app analytics and craft amazing user experience by working on problems that arose in real-time because nothing compares to real-time data. It is the way of the future. Firebase sends new data as it is and when it’s updated. When a client saves a change to the data, all clients who are connected, receive the updated data almost instantly. This allowed to provide users with great user experience and building up a good rapport.

To enhance and improve the percentage of visitors who completed a goal on the website/ mobile applications, we applied Fullstory. FullStory is a breakthrough customer experience platform for the web. Every user event was recorded in real-time and consumer behavior was keenly observed to find where in the funnel users left or abandoned session. Once the problem areas were identified, solutions were provided to overcome them.

Finally, their SQL database was structured in a proper way. They needed daily reports regarding signups, traffic, clicks, and UX, and we gave them a fully automated business reporting through Google Data Studio. This allowed the client to have access to informational, easy-to-understand reports through data visualization along with providing useful information to understand the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Data Studio and Google Cloud Applications mechanized the processes to improve efficiency and increase returns, improve customer service, and speed up processes


Integrating system and processes let AugmentCare gain access to comprehensive and structured data. Their user experience increased manifolds and lead generation increased up to 800% in B2B and 700% in B2C. We helped them achieve a user-friendly experience to improve user experiences in web and mobile applications
