To overcome this challenge and to figure out a way to increase conversions, Mountainise proposed and built an automation plan. We conducted a review of the situation to identify opportunities to drive leads. This resulted in working with Panther Group and filling feedback forms. The idea was to generate personalized messages through Email and SMS services to visitors and give them special offers. We implemented SalesForce automation for them, produced dynamic content for marketing automation, and optimized their conversion rate. Visitors filling a form gave some personal information including name, phone number, and email. They were then sent personalized emails with special discounts on activities they took up most. If the discounts were availed they were automatically sent similar weekly discounts with the offer of becoming a member advertised along with the discounts.
