The company was having hard time managing its service cloud.Â
We alligned the service cloud with intercom by integrating it. After this implementation, whenever a chat used to be created in intercom, it eventually used to create a case which further used to be routed to a queue within Salesforce. We also created escalation option from one queue to another. With that, we were able to create automatic case routing in the case of escalation.
This way, we have been able to manage their entire service cloud. This helped us display various statistics on their community page for the users.
